Chicago Tribune Condo Column

One of our neighbors, Ms. Fourt, pointed out a great article by Mark Pearlstein. Mr. Pearlstein writes a condo column for the Chicago Tribune. The first article pertains to the illegality of a proxy voting system similar to the one adopted by our board:

Another article written by Mr. Pearlstein pertains to a board not giving timely information about candidates or allowing them to communicate with unit owners till after voting is complete – another policy adopted by our building management:
